We offer delivery to selected postcodes in Norfolk and Suffolk. Our delivery process ensures that products are left according to your instructions. We will knock or ring before stepping away. Retail customers also have the option to collect their orders from our yard at designated times.
If you are outside our delivery area, you may arrange for your own courier at your own cost. Orders that have been paid for will typically be processed within one working day and delivered within an additional two working days.
Please note that delivery times may sometimes be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, such as road conditions or courier delays. If you would like to arrange a specific delivery day and time after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Stock availability may vary, and some products may take between 5 and 20 working days to be restocked. While we strive to keep our website updated, we recommend calling 01502 574996 for the latest stock information.
All delivered products must be placed on the premises of the property, and no signature will be required. Delivery documents will be left with the products or posted through your letterbox.
Under no circumstances will any product be left on a public highway or grass verge.
Returns & Cancellations
If you change your mind after ordering or receiving your delivery and wish to return the product, a collection fee equal to the original delivery charge (if applicable) will apply. Additionally, a restocking charge of 20% of the total cost of the goods + VAT will be deducted from your refund.
Special Orders: Products not normally stocked and ordered specifically from our suppliers cannot be refunded for any reason.
Perishable Goods: Items such as cement, kiln-dried sand, Nexus jointing compound, and similar products cannot be returned or refunded, as we cannot verify proper storage conditions after they leave our depot.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to return any products, and the above charges will apply. Once paving has been laid, it cannot be returned.
Special orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in the product being non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any refunds issued are at the discretion of PW Waters Ltd and may take 7 to 10 working days to process.
Website Pricing & Errors
